Christa Griffin- General Office Intern

I am currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater majoring in Human Resources Management. I was very fortunate to be able to do my internship here at SWITS. I was able to apply some things I learned in the classroom to the workplace. I really did learn a lot about the recruiting aspect of Human Resources among other things. I also learned about some common software’s most company’s use which will be helpful at my future internships. I was able to sit in on interviews, give assessments to potential employees and conduct several background checks.

SWITS helped me better my customer service skills in person and over the phone. I was able to get hands on experience here at SWITS, it was paid and I also received an internship credit.

I really did enjoy working here for several reasons, I enjoyed being able to bond with my coworkers.  They all took the time out to train me correctly and made me feel a part of the SWITS family.

I really do appreciate the chance I was given here at SWITS and this company is a wonderful one to work for.
