“ There were only two translation vendors that had “Navajo” listed as a non-core language. One of the two vendors is temporarily out of business and the other one said they didn’t have any Navajo translators. I started to bid it out to other vendors that didn’t have the language listed and I did not expect that I would get it completed at no charge by SWITS. My division uses SWITS interpreters for telephone [interpreting] as well and I know they have been satisfied with their work. ”.
