dhs wisconsin logo-wr“ There were only two translation vendors that had “Navajo” listed as a non-core language. One of the two vendors is temporarily out of business and the other one said they didn’t have any Navajo translators. I started to bid it out to other vendors that didn’t have the language listed and I did not expect that I would get it completed at no charge by SWITS. My division uses SWITS interpreters for telephone [interpreting] as well and I know they have been satisfied with their work. ”.

Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Document translation services were timely and accurate. The staff was friendly and made sure that all communications were clear. Thank you for helping our agency better serve the community!”

Waupun Correctional Institution“By WI state statue, complaint materials have a time limit for processing. SWITS helps keep us close to our time line even with the extra steps of translation. I’ve emailed asking what the meaning is of one or two words and SWITS is happy to help me; without a formal charge/billing.“

Adams County " We have needed interpreting for [an] individual appearing before the Judge without any prior notice that there was a language issue. We have always been able to obtain qualified services within a very short time by telephone at a reasonable price."

"I have so enjoyed working with everyone at SWITS.  Everyone is personable and I feel I have a relationship with the people who call me to do telephone interpreting, even though I have never met them.  I congratulate all of you on your professionalism and your humanity in a profession that should be all about human relations but too often is reduced to just filling a job.  Your agency is a joy to work with, compared to others I have had to work with in the past."
